Parish Outreach Fund

Several parishes throughout the Archdiocese  have established a Parish Outreach Fund in keeping with the mission of making a positive impact beyond our own needs. The fund begins with a decision to set aside a percentage (2, 4, 6%) of the parish’s general collection to go to those who are in great need. 

The fund is used to support charitable outreach activities, volunteer programs, grants to local charities, and emergency requests for assistance.  The organizations and projects  supported must be consistent with the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, and work for justice, peace and charity. Priority is given to organizations or activities in which our own parishioners are involved and that share our vision.
